1.2 Patient Data (Processed on Behalf of Clinics)
When clinics use Clinic Pro software, the following patient data may be processed through our platform:
- Patient name, age, gender, contact details
- Medical history, prescriptions, lab reports
- Vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight)
- OPD token records and appointment history
- Billing and payment records
Important: We process patient data solely on behalf of the clinic (Data Controller). The clinic is responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent for data collection. We act as a Data Processor under applicable data protection principles.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
